We are selling 11,400,000 depositary shares (the "Depositary Shares") each representing 1/1,000 of a 5.60% Cumulative Preferred Share of Beneficial Interest, Series H (the "Preferred Shares").
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds will be used to make investments in self-storage facilities and entities owning them, for development of self-storage facilities, and for general corporate purposes including the redemption of the 6.375% Series Y Preferred Shares.
