("Voya Financial" or the "Company") is offering depositary shares (the "Depositary Shares"), each of which represents a 1/40th ownership interest in a share of the Company's % Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series B, $1,000 liquidation preference per share (equivalent to $25.00 per Depositary Share).
Use of proceeds: To redeem or repurchase all or a portion of the $96.8 million outstanding principal amount of the Company's existing 5.500% Senior Notes due 2022, with the balance for general corporate purposes.
