NEE Capital is offering $ aggregate principal amount of its Series R Junior Subordinated Debentures due June 15, 2054, which will be referred to as the "Junior Subordinated Debentures" in this prospectus supplement. NEE Capital's corporate parent, NEE, has agreed to unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee the payment of principal, interest and premium, if any, on the Junior Subordinated Debentures.
