We are offering of our depositary shares each representing a 1/40th ownership interest in a share of our fixed rate non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock, Series N (the "Preferred Stock"), with a liquidation preference of $25 per depositary share (equivalent to $1,000 per share of Preferred Stock).
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes in the ordinary course of business, which may include repayment of debt, redemptions and repurchases of common and other securities, acquisitions, working capital, capital expenditures and investments in subsidiaries.
